Our client, a leading organization in the HR technology sector, is seeking an Oracle HCM Product Owner to join their team. As an Oracle HCM Product Owner, you will be part of the HR Technology Management department supporting various global initiatives. The ideal candidate will have exceptional project management skills, strong analytical abilities, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully with the organization's goals.
**Job Title:** Oracle HCM Product Owner
**Location:** Plano, TX (Hybrid - onsite 3 days a week)
**What's the Job?**
+ Lead and define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for system enhancements, focusing on global implementation and optimization of the employee experience.
+ Manage and lead the implementation of Oracle's HCM talent, total rewards, and learning and development systems across global regions.
+ Spearhead system upgrades, integrations, and continuous improvement initiatives to support evolving business requirements.
+ Leverage data insights to measure system effectiveness, track key performance indicators, and identify opportunities for optimization.
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for all talent, total rewards, and learning and development-related matters, ensuring clear communication with global teams and stakeholders.
**What's Needed?**
+ 10+ years of experience in Oracle HCM with at least 5+ years in a Product Owner or similar leadership role.
+ Extensive experience with Oracle Guided Learning configuration and Jira user stories.
+ Proven track record of successfully driving People & Culture initiatives and system implementations.
+ Strong knowledge of HR, Talent, Total Rewards, and Learning & Development workflows.
+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
