Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking an Oracle HCM Payroll Consultant to join their team. As an Oracle HCM Payroll Consultant, you will be part of the Payroll Implementation team supporting various client projects. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a detail-oriented mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Oracle HCM Payroll Consultant
**Location:** McLean, VA
**Pay Range: $80-$90**
**What's the Job?**
+ Support the Oracle HCM Payroll implementation for clients, including conducting requirements identification and design.
+ Configure and test the payroll system while resolving defects and directly supporting Parallel Payroll testing.
+ Conduct Knowledge Transfer sessions with clients to ensure smooth transitions.
+ Coordinate setup, testing, and deployment with parallel modules such as HR, Benefits, and Time & Labor.
+ Provide ongoing support and expertise throughout the implementation process.
**What's Needed?**
+ 5-7 years of Oracle Cloud Payroll implementation experience.
+ Union experience is preferred.
+ Oracle Cloud Payroll certification is a plus.
+ Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university.
+ Strong verbal and analytical skills with the ability to write at a publication quality level.
