We are looking for talented people who are customer focused, enjoy helping others and have the DRIVE to excel in a fast-paced environment! **Position Summary** The Systems Engineer – Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud will serve as a technical expert responsible for the support, maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancement of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Payroll module. This role requires deep technical expertise in Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud, with a strong emphasis on Payroll configuration, integration, and optimization. The ideal candidate will have proven experience deploying new capabilities and supporting complex enterprise environments. **Responsibilities** + Analyze complex business requirements and develop detailed technical design specifications in accordance with organizational standards. + Collaborate with technical teams to guide design decisions and deliver scalable, high-performing solutions. + Apply deep working knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll processes, configurations, and Fast Formulas to deliver accurate efficient solutions and meet evolving business needs. + Research and resolve Payroll configuration and technical issues quickly, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. **Requirements:** + Strong systems-thinking capability, with the ability to transition between high-level architectural design and detailed technical implementation. + Data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to act decisively under uncertainty and adapt to emerging technologies and organizational strategies. + Knowledge of Oracle HCM Payroll concepts and a solid understanding of core payroll processes, including Retro calculations, payroll calculations, pay slip generation, calculation cards, and interfaces to GL/AP. + Ability to troubleshoot payroll calculation errors effectively. + Technical expertise in Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud tools (mandatory): HCM Data Loader (HDL), BI Publisher, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas. + Redwood UI and Visual Builder Studio (VBS) preferred. + Functional knowledge and experience in setting up payroll elements and balance definitions is a plus. + Self-motivated and proactive, capable of working independently with minimal guidance across new and legacy Oracle Fusion configurations. + Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders. **Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in computer science, CIS, MIS, Information Technology, or a related field (required). + 7-9 years of demonstrated experience in systems engineering or related technical roles. + Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, specializing in Payroll. + Experience deploying Payroll capabilities for large service-driven organizations. + Strong technical, analytical, and communication skills, coupled with a collaborative, team-oriented approach. **About Autozone** AutoZone opened its first AutoZone do Brasil store in the city of Sorocaba in September 2012.
