Our client, a leading organization in the public sector, is seeking a dedicated Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Configuration Specialist to join their dynamic team. As an Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Configuration Specialist, you will be an integral part of the Human Resources and IT support teams, contributing to the successful implementation and optimization of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach, ensuring seamless integration and configuration of HR systems to meet organizational goals.

**What's the Job?**
+ Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to implement Oracle HCM Cloud configurations effectively.
+ Facilitate workshops and gather business requirements to tailor solutions that align with organizational needs.
+ Configure HCM tables and business rules to support core HR, benefits, payroll, and absence management processes.
+ Conduct comprehensive testing to ensure configurations meet quality standards and functional requirements.
+ Provide deployment planning, execution, and post-go-live support to ensure a smooth transition and ongoing system optimization.
**What's Needed?**
+ Proven experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, particularly in core HR and benefits modules.
+ Strong understanding of business process analysis and configuration best practices.
+ Excellent communication and workshop facilitation skills.
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
+ Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
