Oracle Fusion Technical Lead - Reporting and Integration

Job Description
Lead the design, development, and delivery of Oracle Fusion reporting and integration solutions across multiple modules.
Serve as the technical SME for OTBI, BI Publisher, FRS, Smart View, and other Oracle reporting tools.
Provide architectural guidance for integrations using OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud), REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, ADFdi, and other Oracle Cloud integration frameworks.
Establish coding standards, best practices, and governance for technical development.
Mentor and guide technical developers, analysts, and offshore teams
Design and build complex OTBI analyses, dashboards, and subject‑area extensions.
Develop BI Publisher reports, bursting logic, templates, and data models.
Create and maintain FRS financial reports and Smart View templates.
Optimize report performance and ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance.
Partner with functional teams to translate business reporting needs into scalable solutions.
Architect and implement integrations between Oracle Fusion and external systems using OIC, REST APIs, SOAP services, and file‑based interfaces.
Develop and manage FBDI templates, data loads, and automated integration pipelines.
Troubleshoot integration failures, performance issues, and data discrepancies.
Ensure integrations follow security, audit, and compliance standards.

Skills and Requirements
7+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud technical development focused on Reporting and Integration.
2+ Full life cycle implementations of Oracle Fusion
Strong expertise in OTBI, BI Publisher, FRS, Smart View, and related reporting tools.
Hands‑on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, and ADFdi.
Solid understanding of Oracle Fusion data models across ERP, HCM, or SCM.
Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, XML, XSLT, and JSON. Experience in the Public Sector
Experience going from SAP to Oracle Fusion
