Job Description The Oracle Fusion Technical Lead for Payroll & Data Conversion is responsible for architecting, developing, and delivering technical solutions that support Payroll operations and large‑scale data migration into Oracle Fusion Cloud. This role requires deep expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll, strong command of data conversion methodologies, and the ability to lead technical teams through complex implementation cycles. The ideal candidate combines hands‑on technical skills with leadership, communication, and solution‑design capabilities. Lead all technical workstreams related to Oracle Fusion Payroll and data conversion activities. Serve as the primary technical SME for Payroll fast formulas, payroll flows, costing, and payroll reporting. Define technical architecture, development standards, and best practices for conversions and payroll integrations. Mentor and guide developers, offshore teams, and junior technical staff. Design, build, and troubleshoot Payroll Fast Formulas (Earnings, Deductions, Absence, Validation, etc.). Configure and support Payroll Flows, Calculation Cards, Costing setups, and Payroll Dashboard components. Develop payroll‑specific reports using OTBI, BI Publisher, and Payroll Audit reports. Support payroll parallel testing, reconciliation, and defect resolution. Lead end‑to‑end data conversion strategy, mapping, transformation, and validation for HCM and Payroll data. Develop and manage FBDI templates, HDL (HCM Data Loader) scripts, and automated load processes. Perform data profiling, cleansing, and quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness. Coordinate mock conversions, cutover activities, and post‑go‑live data validation. Skills and Requirements 7+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud technical development. Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Payroll, Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, and Payroll reporting tools. Hands‑on experience with HDL, HCM Extracts, FBDI, and large‑scale data conversion projects. Proficiency with OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, and payroll‑related integrations. Strong SQL, PL/SQL, XML, and data transformation skills. Experience leading technical teams or workstreams in Oracle Cloud implementations. Public Sector Experience
