Oracle Fusion HCM Domain Expert - German speaker

 We are seeking an experienced SaaS functional domain specialist to join our CSS team in EMEA. The ideal candidate will provide consultancy and advisory services to strategic customers, translating ideas and concepts into implementable, supportable solutions. You will craft technical solutions aligned with Oracle standards, applying and promoting industry best practices.

This role offers the opportunity to leverage your domain expertise to support Oracle SaaS/PaaS products within Customer Success Services (CSS). You should have experience maintaining and supporting customers’ eBusiness Suite/PeopleSoft applications and Fusion SaaS, both on-site and remotely. Experience in implementing and running PaaS solutions such as Oracle Integration Cloud/SOA and integrating with Oracle SaaS products is essential. You will develop, integrate, and implement application components—including front-end development, internal database integration, and OTBI Reports—and play a direct role in programming, technical support, documentation, and administration of Oracle Cloud applications.

As a HCM domain specialist, you will ensure solution architecture feasibility and mitigate risk by leveraging a network of subject matter experts. You will also be capable of proposing customer roadmaps to realize proposed solutions.

 

Your responsibilities include:

Lead and participate as a functional leader/advisor in various service activity streams, such as gap analysis, solution design, POCs, demonstrations, requirements gathering, business analysis, project delivery, and quality assurance with Oracle and client teams (on-site or offshore). Document and review Requirement Specifications documents. Analyze business requirements, participate in functional design, and document/review Functional Specification documents. Travel to client locations (within and outside EMEA) as required for implementations, product walkthroughs, and POC workshops. Collaborate with all project stakeholders to ensure implementation success. Use defined standards, tools, and processes to ensure work meets the quality expectations of Oracle and the client. Document all work in accordance with agreed standards and processes. Adhere to Oracle and client change control, audit, and compliance requirements. Perform accurate handover and knowledge transfer at the end of each assignment. Provide timely status reporting to your supervisor.
