Job Description Insight Global is looking for a qualified Oracle Functional Consultant/Lead to be a part of an Oracle ERP implementation for a public sector client in Toronto, ON. You will be joining the team of a global consulting firm in a client-facing, functional role. This opportunity will require a qualified candidate to lead the implementation of the Oracle Cash Management and Fixed Assets modules as well as support the modules through the full life cycle of implementation. This role will require some technical oversight of the process and requirements in transition from legacy system to ERP from discovery phase through configuration, testing, up until go-live. It is important that this candidate be comfortable leading workshops and client sessions and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Skills and Requirements - Minimum 7-10+ years of consulting experience with Oracle ERP Cloud. - Experience leading at least 3 full life-cycle implementations from legacy system to Oracle ERP, leading Oracle Cash Management and Fixed Assets module. - Experience leading client workshops, configuration, and managing client expectations. - Excellent communication and time management skills with an ability to juggle multiple, dynamic priorities and deliverables. - Experience leading migration from Peoplesoft to Oracle ERP. - Experience working with Canadian public sector.
