Work You’ll DoStrategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership for the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Permitting and Licensing solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budgetClient Relationship Management: Serve as the primary executive point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements, and translating them into effective Oracle Permitting and Licensing solutionsSolution Architecture: Develop and design comprehensive permitting and licensing solutions that align with client needs and industry best practicesCustomization and Configuration Oversight: Oversee the customization and configuration of Oracle Permitting and Licensing applications to meet specific client requirementsExecutive Training and Support: Provide high-level training and support to clients and internal teams on Oracle Permitting and Licensing functionalities and best practicesQuality Assurance Leadership: Lead thorough testing and quality assurance processes to ensure the reliability and performance of the implemented solutionsDocumentation Management: Ensure the creation and maintenance of detailed documentation of project plans, configurations, customizations, and user guidesContinuous Improvement Initiatives: Stay updated with the latest Oracle Permitting and Licensing features and industry trends to continuously improve service offeringsCross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to deliver cohesive solutionsRisk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project deliveryContribute to the development of business and vendor relationshipsActively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, providing input and guidance into the staffing processServe as a "Subject Matter Expert", adding experienced insights into client challengesThe Team

Qualifications:
Required: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related fieldMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the futureAbility to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve10+ years of experience in implementing and managing Oracle Permitting and Licensing solutionsProven experience in leading large-scale Oracle Permitting and Licensing projects within state and local government sectorsIn-depth knowledge of Oracle Permitting and Licensing software, including configuration, customization, and integration capabilitiesStrong understanding of government permitting and licensing processes and regulationsExceptional project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget

Preferred:

PMP certificationMaster's degree in Business or a related fieldPrevious Professional Services Firm or Big 4 Experience
