Our client, a leading organization in the industry sector, is seeking an Oracle ERP Financial Consultant (Jersey City) to join their dynamic team. As an Oracle ERP Financial Consultant (Jersey City), you will be an integral part of the finance and technology department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.
**Job Title: Oracle ERP Financial Consultant**
**Location: Jersey City, NJ (Hybrid - 3 days onsite per week)**
**Position type: 12+ months with high possibility of extension/Conversion**
**What's the Job?**
+ Implement and support Oracle ERP financial modules, including Oracle Fusion Assets, Accounts Payable, and Tax Reporting.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize business process workflows (BPM) and subledger accounting (SLA).
+ Manage data migrations and conversions to ensure seamless integration and data integrity.
+ Develop and deliver financial reporting solutions utilizing FRC, BIP, OTBI, and Analytics tools.
+ Assist in application integrations and support ongoing system enhancements and troubleshooting.
**What's Needed?**
+ 15+ years of experience in implementing Oracle ERP financial systems.
+ 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP financials.
+ Deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion Assets, AP, Tax Reporting, BPM, SLA, and Data Migrations.
+ Proficiency in Financial Reporting tools such as FRC, BIP, OTBI, and Analytics.
+ Strong collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional teams including development and technical support.
