Oracle ERP Service Delivery Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day delivery of ERP services, acting as the key point of contact between clients, internal teams, and vendors. This role ensures that Oracle ERP solutions (Fusion Cloud, E-Business Suite, HCM, Financials, SCM, etc.) are effectively supported, aligned with business needs, and continuously improved.
Key Responsibilities
- Service Management
- Oversee ERP service delivery operations, including incident, problem, and change management.
- Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and governance frameworks.
- Act as the escalation point for ERP-related issues and coordinate resolution.
- Customer Engagement
- Serve as the customer champion, ensuring satisfaction and building long-term relationships.
- Conduct regular service reviews and provide performance reports to stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for service improvement and future enhancements.
- ERP Expertise
- Manage delivery across Oracle ERP modules (Financials, Procurement, SCM, HR, Projects).
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Support upgrades, patches, and new releases of Oracle ERP applications.
- Leadership & Governance
- Lead ERP support teams, providing guidance and mentoring.
- Establish best practices for ERP service delivery and operational excellence.
- Manage budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of Oracle ERP experience, with at least 5 years in Oracle ERP/EBS project delivery.
- Strong functional knowledge of Oracle ERP Cloud and E-Business Suite modules (Financials, SCM, Procurement, Projects).
- Proven track record of managing ERP support/implementation projects.
- Experience in ITIL processes and service management frameworks.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- PMP, ITIL, or similar certifications preferred.

- Experience in multi-country or global ERP service delivery environments.
