As a leader on the team, you leverage your advanced capabilities to challenge traditional approaches, remove barriers to success, and foster a culture of continuous innovation that helps inspire cross-functional teams create groundbreaking solutions that address customer needs. You will be passionate about delivering a high quality customer experience, working within the IP Product Management organisation (IPPM) partnering with the engineering leads of our private and public cloud Oracle and Postgres products.
 These products are key components for >1,200 applications across all lines of business, you will be required to lead all product management work focused on meeting the demands of this critical customer base.
 Job responsibilitiesOversees the product roadmap, vision, development, execution, risk management, and business growth targetsLeads the entire product life cycle through planning, execution, and future development by continuously adapting, developing new products and methodologies, managing risks, and achieving business targets like cost, features, reusability, and reliability to support growthCoaches and mentors the product team on best practices, such as solution generation, market research, storyboarding, mind-mapping, prototyping methods, product adoption strategies, and product delivery, enabling them to effectively deliver on objectivesOwns product performance and is accountable for investing in enhancements to achieve business objectivesMonitors market trends, conducts competitive analysis, and identifies opportunities for product differentiationRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skillsSignificant expertise in delivering products, projects, or technology applicationsExtensive knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analyticsExtensive knowledge of database technologies, especially Oracle and Postgres and related infrastructure.Experience working with a regulated environment where it is critical to meet all risk and controls requirements.Proven ability to influence the adoption of key product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value managementExperience driving change within organizations and managing stakeholders across multiple functionsPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsStrong communicator with the ability to work with senior stakeholders across multiple organizations.
