Our client, a leader in government services and technology solutions, is seeking an Oracle Analytics Lead to join their team. As an Oracle Analytics Lead, you will be part of the analytics and data management department supporting project teams and client engagements. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, analytical thinking, and effective communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

**What's the Job?**
+ Oversee and manage the analytics team responsible for requirements gathering, analysis, and technical architecture.
+ Lead the development of ETL packages, data analyses, reports, and custom dashboards to meet client needs.
+ Coordinate and facilitate client meetings to define project requirements and design visualizations.
+ Ensure the delivery of high-quality analytics outputs aligned with project goals and standards.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize data processes and reporting solutions.
**What's Needed?**
+ Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud BI Reporting and Analytics with advanced expertise (P3 level).
+ Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR at an intermediate level (P2).
+ Strong leadership and team management skills.
+ Excellent communication and client engagement abilities.
+ Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
