Job Title: Oracle End User Help Desk Associate – Procurement & AP Modules Position Summary: Jefferson Wells is partnering with our client seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Oracle End User Help Desk Associate to support users across the Procurement, Accounts Payable, Vendor Setup, and Invoicing modules. This role is critical in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within Oracle ERP by providing timely assistance, troubleshooting, and training to end users. Location: DuPage County Employment Type: Contract (3 months with possibility of extension) Pay Rate: $40/hour + depending on experience **Key Responsibilities:** + Provide first-line support for Oracle Procurement, AP, Vendor Setup, and Invoicing modules. + Resolve user issues related to purchase orders, invoice processing, payment runs, and vendor master data. + Escalate complex issues to technical teams or Oracle support when necessary. + Assist users with navigating Oracle screens, forms, and workflows. + Guide users through standard operating procedures for procurement and AP transactions. + Support vendor onboarding processes, including data entry and validation. + Ensure compliance with internal controls and documentation requirements for vendor creation and updates. + Create and maintain user guides, FAQs, and training materials. + Conduct one-on-one or group training sessions for new users or process changes. + Monitor key transactions for errors or delays (e.g., stuck invoices, unmatched POs). + Generate reports to track help desk metrics and recurring issues. **Qualifications:** Education & Experience + Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field. + 2+ years of experience supporting Oracle ERP systems, preferably in Procurement and AP modules. Skills & Competencies + Strong understanding of Oracle Procurement, AP, and Invoicing workflows. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Preferred + Experience with Oracle Fusion or Oracle E-Business Suite. + Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
