Options & Upgrades Clinical Sales Specialist
Job Description SummaryAs an Options & Upgrades clinical Sales Specialist in Romania, you'll be responsible to create and win sales opportunities, drive growth and customer satisfaction in our Options & Upgrades business.

In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers on our Options & Upgrades solutions and ensuring they meet evolving clinical needs. You will collaborate closely with the Country Service Sales, Equipment, Modality and other internal teams to build relationships and manage short and long term organizational and business goals with the strategic accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Maintaining expert knowledge of GE HealthCare’s Options & Upgrades portfolio and communicating its clinical and technological value.

Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to support strategic decisions.

Understanding customer workflows to tailor solutions effectively.

Owning sales performance and proactively meeting/exceeding targets.

Identifying and developing new business opportunities in partnership with the Service Account Leaders, the Account managers and the Modality managers assessing install base, identifying targeted sites, and engaging customers to position the solution.

Collaborating across internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Engaging with customer stakeholders to develop key opinion leaders and to drive upsell and cross sell opportunities from existing install base.

Collaborating with customers on making publications with clinical applications and digital solutions, driving adoption and a growing community of users.

Delivering internal training sessions on new Options & Upgrades products and application packages to accelerate growth.

Supporting marketing events, developing voice of customer related to Options & Upgrades portfolio.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in related technical/clinical field in either Medical Imaging / Radiology, Radiation Safety, Medical Physics.

Demonstrated current basic understanding of MR and CT radiology techniques and protocols.

At least one of the following core experiences:

Strong clinical/ technical experience following certification with demonstrated clinical/technical skill in specific areas, experience working in a hospital radiology department.

Significant commercial applications/modality experience with demonstrated successes in high level customer interactions and sales scenarios.

Ability to synthesize complex issues and communicate in simple messages.

Willingness to travel extensively within Romania to support customer sales activities and promotional events.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Romanian and English.
