About the job:

Job Purpose & Objectives

The candidate will assume the full Onboarding and Review process for customers related to the BBVA SA Asian branches: Hong Kong, Singapore, and Shanghai, following all regulatory requirements previously established by the relevant local Compliance units.

Key Responsibilities

Full client Onboarding process under the established quality and time levels, following the regulatory requirements that have been created by the local compliance offices and all the local and international Regulations.

Meticulously and diligently oversee the Review processes and update all documentation within the Asia Onboarding tool.

Active communication with different internal departments, such as Compliance units, Front office, BPE, Customer Data, Audit, etc.

Direct contact with external clients via email or phone.

Continuous learning of the current tasks in this operational area and the new tasks to come.

Projects management.

Qualification & Experience:

Demonstrable 3-5 years of experience in KYC processes.

Degree in Law, Economics, Business Administration and Management or similar.

Fluent level of Chinese Mandarin and Cantonese. English C1 Level.

Full knowledge of KYC and AML/FT regulations applicable to local Asian branches.

Knowledge of Global Markets and Trade Finance products.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office, mainly Excel macros, is also valuable.

Knowledge & Skills

Proactivity, multitasking and teamwork are a must.

Leadership abilities and self-autonomy in execution processes.

Analysis and synthesis capabilities.

Fenergo knowledge is valuable.
