What You’ll Do Day-To-DayThis full-time role is about making an impact on people’s lives and the future of clean energy. You will leverage your skills and experience to be part of an innovative team and make a difference for our customers. As an OpEx Leader in Lynchburg, VA, you will be part of the proven team in the Fuel Business Unit. Your work will include:
Facilitate / Coach: Operational Excellence (OpEx) Methods and tools, Scheduling best practices, Visual Management tools, Project Performance Matrix and ToolsSupport Operating Unit (OU): Own and administer Master Planning System (MPS), ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and alignment with business objectivesLead continuous improvement processes, methods and metrics (A3, 8D, FMEA, Process Mapping)Interface with Global OpEx Network: Communicate OU initiatives to greater spectrum align with Master Plan actionsDeploys knowledge management principles to ensure effective knowledge transfer and organizational learningThis position requires up to 25% travel. Together we will enable clean, safe, and economical low-carbon energy to meet the global ambition for a better tomorrow.

The base salary range is a guideline.
