**Job Title: Assemblers** **Job Description** Join our team as a Day Shift Assembler (Operator) where you will engage in the general manufacturing and mechanical assembly of parts. This role involves performing repetitive tasks and following assembly instructions, making it ideal for individuals who are comfortable working in a production environment. You will use hand tools and RF scan guns to assemble various parts **Responsibilities** + Perform mechanical assembly of parts. + Follow detailed assembly instructions and perform repetitive tasks. + Utilize hand tools for assembly processes. + Operate RF scan guns to track products throughout the assembly process. + Work extended shifts as required, including mandatory overtime and shifts on scheduled days off. + Be cross-trained in multiple assembly processes. **Essential Skills** + Experience using hand tools. + Comfortable working in a production environment performing repetitive tasks. + Ability to learn and operate RF scan guns. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Prior experience in assembly + Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment. + Ability to stand for up to 10 hours or more during work shifts. **Work Environment** You will work in designated cells to complete the sub-assembly of parts, standing throughout the shift. The facility is not climate-controlled, meaning it will be warm in summer and cold in winter, especially near dock doors. Safety glasses will be provided, and candidates must adhere to a dress code that includes wearing regular clothing and safety footwear, avoiding open-toed shoes. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of York, Pennsylvania. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $16.89 - $18.89/hr.
