**Operator** Location: Davis Pay: $19- $22 **Job Description** Operators play a crucial role in our fast-growing medical manufacturing company. The position is divided into three main departments: Laser Operations, Quality Control, and Wet Lab. Operators are responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient manufacturing of medical components. **Responsibilities** + Operate laser cutting machines, load raw materials, and adjust settings using an iPad. + Perform visual and dimensional inspections of parts coming out of the wet lab. + Ensure only conforming parts ship to the customer by conducting quality control inspections using a microscope that projects onto a monitor. + Count and pack conforming parts in clean, protective packaging for shipping. + Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when working in the wet lab environment. **Essential Skills** + Experience in machine operation, preferably with CNC, food, or medical device backgrounds. + Comfortable working with technology and adjusting machine settings. + Hands-on assembly or quality inspection experience. + Good attitude, easy-going personality, and good job tenure. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Mechanically inclined individuals, such as mechanics or entry-level maintenance mechanics, with experience using hand/power tools and troubleshooting equipment. + Experience with small parts, use of a microscope or magnifying glass for inspections. + Experience with medical or military parts, and ability to operate CNC or laser machines. **Why Work Here?** Join a fast-growing company with significant potential for career growth, including opportunities for raises and promotions. Shifts are available across three different time slots: 1st Shift (6:00 am - 2:00 pm, Monday - Friday), 2nd Shift (2:00 pm - 10:00 pm, Monday - Friday), and 3rd Shift (10:00 pm - 6:00 am, Sunday - Thursday). Operators often specialize in their department as the company grows, focusing on laser cutting, quality control, or wet lab operations. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of DAVIS, CA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
