**Operator** **Job Order Form** **Position Title:** Operator- These are TTH hire positions **Company:** Vibrantz Technologies **Location:** 7707 Wallisville Road Houston Texas 77020 **Salary:** Day Shift - $17.00 per hour **Work Schedule:** + Days: Mon-Fri + Hours: 6:00 am to 2:30 pm – Once hired will review an additional $1:00 per hour, + 12-hour shifts will receive 1 hour lunch and 3- 15-minute breaks + Good Attendance is Required **Job Description:** See Below • Lifting heavy bags and placing them on the pallet- 50lbs. • Standing on your feet . Physical Labor Experience required **VMS Tool Used:** NA **Screening Required:** Once screened by Manpower they will be interviewed by the HR Manager and Factory Operator. 6 panel drug screen, Clean Background **PPE Required:** Hard Hat, Steel Toe Boots, Uniform, Safety Glasses, Ear Plugs, Mask and Gloves **Report To: Factory Manager (Bryan)** **Responsibilities** + Safety first and contributing to the safety culture + Regularly move raw materials from warehousing to blending operations. Occasionally move raw materials from warehousing to blending operations. + Ensure correct raw materials are brought to area, working with forklift drivers as designated by worksite locations. + Ensure that materials are brought in an orderly fashion not to slow or stop production, working with Forklift drivers as designated by worksite locations. + Dose raw materials into blending operations. + Track and record dosage, lot numbers, scrap, and production issues. + Package and palletize finished product. + Regularly operate forklifts. + Responsible for keeping process area clean. + Meet written expectations of management. + Housekeeping duties, such as running sweeper in maintenance, production, warehouse, and plant parking areas, and general clean-up. + Hand-sweep, shovel, and/or wheelbarrow as directed. + Operational assistance as required in production, bagging, warehouse, and shipping areas. + Other duties as required to maintain an efficient operation. + Clean up material and return to proper ore piles, containers, and/or trash area as directed. + Work in a neat and orderly manner and minimize loss. + Other duties as assigned. **Required Experience** + High school graduate or GED equivalent with strong math skills. + Ability to follow detailed instructions and work orders. + Demonstrate mechanical aptitude. + A strong sense of self-motivation and the ability to work well in a team environment. **Preferred Experience** Formal technical education Forklift Certified or experience using Forklift **Benefits** We offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, life insurance, paid vacation, and 401K. **Physical Requirements and Working Conditions** The physical demands and working conditions are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
