2nd shift Operators

looking for individuals to join our production team as Operator Trainees. Our company specializes in manufacturing unique Carbon Rings and Seals for the Oil Industry. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in machine operating, grinder operating, quality control, material handling, and CNC operations. Our products are similar to cast iron and serve as seals or couplings that do not transfer heat.

ResponsibilitiesOperate machines in the Carbon Pressing Department, pressing powder carbon into small rings.Operate grinding machines to refine pieces to the correct size after conducting quality checks.Perform machine offsets to ensure parts meet specifications.Visually inspect rings for imperfections and stack them into a large bucket.Move buckets into a furnace for solidification over a five-day process.Operate lapper machines and monitor the process.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
