Operator Territory Manager (OTM)
Overview The Operator Territory Manager (OTM) for Food Service Distributor Sales contributes to the success of the PepsiCo Foodservice by executing initiatives across PepsiCo foodservice lines of business: Frito Lay, Quaker Oats, Gatorade, Naked Juice and IZZE for assigned Food Service distributors and territory operator base. The OTM role is a unique role within the foodservice team, as it is focused on both growth through account development within street and gaining new business in a select sales territory. Responsibilities Acquire, grow and develop new & existing accounts within your sales territory. Accelerate sales growth within a territory by leveraging specific products, promotions and programs designed to increase sales and profit for both customers and PepsiCo. Manage and grow new & existing customer base. Existing customers segments include but not limited to: Healthcare Workplace Hospitality/Lodging Street Business Recreation (i.e. Theme Parks, stadiums/arenas) Establishment of strategic partnerships focused on delivering long-term, sustainable growth. Work with Region Director, Area Sales Managers and MDMs prioritizing and executing plans against development opportunities with new & existing business. Support MDM Distributor Territory: Food Shows, Sales Meetings, Blitzes. Analyze business trends and utilize insights to identify, develop and expand business growth opportunities. Execute and adhere to Gold Standard Work-With Protocol. Define customer needs by understanding business priorities, business model, customers, and competitor performance in accounts. Activate local marketplace initiatives and promotions to build and maximize brand development and performance with measurable results. Build and maintain strategic partnerships with customers and drive customer satisfaction through superior service and execution. Develop and implement an account management strategy based upon customer requirements and ties into AOP objectives/ KPI's. Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $66,900 - $111,950. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually. Paid time off in accordance with policy is subject to eligibility and includes vacation, holiday, sick, bereavement and parental leave. Vacation: For eligible full-time employees, 15 vacation days. Holidays: For eligible full-time employees, the company provides 10 holidays annually. Sick Leave: For eligible full- time employees, 10 days (80 hours) of paid sick leave benefits are available for absences related to non-job-related injury. Sick leave benefit will be accrued during your first year at 1 day for each month worked in that calendar year. Bereavement Leave: In the event of a death of an immediate family member, full-time and part-time regular employees are eligible to receive up to three (3) consecutive working days with pay. Parental Leave: For eligible employees, the company offers paid parental leave for up to 6 weeks to allow for a time of bonding with their newborn or newly adopted child.
