Why This Role Stands OutAdventure Meets Opportunity: Travel to diverse job sites across the Midwest and South, including Kansas, North Dakota, Texas, and Louisiana.All Expenses Covered: Enjoy paid lodging and daily per diem while on the road.Career Growth: Start as a contractor with the potential to transition into a full-time role.Team Culture: Work alongside experienced professionals in a safety-first, collaborative environment.What You’ll DoOperate and maintain heavy equipment (Excavators, Loaders, Backhoes) with precision and care.Perform rigging, hoisting, and spotting tasks to support equipment movement.Prepare and level ground for transportation and construction activities.Troubleshoot mechanical issues and assist with basic repairs.Support concrete and foundation work using mixers, compressors, and other power tools.Handle general labor tasks including trenching, site cleanup, and material organization.Uphold safety standards and follow OSHA regulations.What You Bring3+ years of hands-on experience with heavy equipment.Strong experience in concrete labor and general construction.Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in outdoor environments.Willingness to travel extensively and work occasional night shifts.Preferred experience with forklifts and skidsteers.Work EnvironmentJoin a team focused on specialty foundation systems and ground improvement techniques for commercial, civil, and industrial projects. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
