What’s in it for you? 1st Shift: $18.75/hour (4:45 AM – 3:15 PM OR 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM) 2nd Shift: $19.25/hour (3:45 PM – 2:15 AM) Weekly overtime opportunities (varies based on production needs) 10-hour shifts in a cleanroom manufacturing environment Opportunity to work with cutting-edge medical devicesWhat will you do? Assemble, repair, inspect, and test medical device components within a manufacturing cell using precision tools and microscopes Follow standardized procedures, quality, and safety guidelines within a controlled cleanroom environment Maintain accurate production documentation for traceability and regulatory compliance Support Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and quality initiativesWhat do you bring? 6 months – 1 year of medical assembly experience (REQUIRED) High school diploma or equivalent (REQUIRED) Ability to read and comprehend documents at a minimum 7th-grade level Strong manual dexterity and ability to use a microscope Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles Capability to distinguish colors for labeling and identificationWhy apply?
