**Our client, a global leader in medical device manufacturing, is seeking an Operator I to join their production team.**
As an **Operator I** , you will be part of the **Manufacturing Department** supporting **assembly and production operations** . The ideal candidate will have **strong attention to detail** , **manual dexterity** , and **a commitment to quality** , which will align successfully within the organization.

**Location:** Irvine, CA
**Pay Range:** $19.75/hour
**Hours** : 3pm - 11:30pm
**What’s the Job?**
+ Assemble, repair, and test pacemakers, ICDs, leads, and related medical devices.
+ Follow standardized procedures to ensure product quality and compliance.
+ Maintain accurate production and quality documentation.
+ Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
+ Communicate clearly with team members and management to resolve issues and maintain workflow.
**What’s Needed?**
+ High school diploma or equivalent (no degree required).
+ Ability to read and follow written procedures and verbal instructions.
+ Comfortable using computer systems and electronic data collection tools.
+ Strong hand-eye coordination and ability to handle small components.
+ Commitment to safety, quality standards, and GMP compliance.
