Job Description
As a Sealant Operator, you will be responsible for building aircraft 787 structures using carbon fiber parts, resins, and epoxies based on engineering drawings and company specifications. This entry-level position requires attention to detail and adherence to manufacturing orders to ensure the quality and integrity of the finished products.
Responsibilities
Accurately build parts using resins and epoxies.Adhere to company specifications, work instructions, and work orders.Seal parts per manufacturing order or Static PWO as required.Maintain and identify defects in parts, reporting any findings to supervisor or QA.Document materials used in the process to maintain traceability.Safely handle various regulated materials used in the process.Part mark according to engineering drawings, company, and customer specifications.Work toward the end of the assembly line.Organize completed parts and paperwork.Create shipping paperwork, 'Shipper'.Submit Shipper to indicate part is ready for shipping and invoicing.Move Shipper and part to the Shipping Department.Assist the Shipping Department as necessary to prepare packing of parts.Essential Skills
Ability to read and understand manufacturing orders.Understanding and use of Microsoft Office products.Ability to understand and communicate in English at a level necessary for successful job performance.Additional Skills & Qualifications

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
