We are seeking a reliable Process Loading Operator to handle safe washing, loading, and unloading of trucks in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesFollow environmental, safety, quality, and regulatory guidelinesPerform truck loading and unloading according to procedures and schedulesCarry out cleaning processes (CIP)Prepare shipment documentation using inventory/production softwareOperate computer systems for loading and process controlVerify correct loading, sealing, and documentation before truck departureReport equipment issues to supervisionMaintain accurate written and electronic recordsAdhere to all safety, GMP, and facility policiesRequired Skills1+ year of manufacturing or production experienceAbility to lift up to 75 lbsAbility to stand for 12‑hour shiftsStrong mechanical aptitudeWhy This Role May Be a Good FitPay increases available upon direct hireSafety‑focused environmentRotating schedule that provides every other weekend off

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cedar Rapids, IA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
