Job Description
Join our team as an Automation Operator, where you will play a crucial role in producing magnetic components for a diverse array of industries, including Aerospace, Defense, Medical, and Oil & Gas. The role involves working with custom magnet solutions and associated equipment.
Responsibilities
Load and unload parts into a robotic cell for automated processing.Inspect and box parts as they are ejected from the system.Follow documented troubleshooting steps when the system jams or produces out-of-spec parts.Operate safely and efficiently within a manufacturing environment.Lift 20–30 lbs occasionally throughout the shift.Essential Skills
Experience in production or manufacturing settings.Mechanical aptitude.Ability to lift 20–30 lbs occasionally.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Knowledge in CNC operations, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance.Understanding of machining, part inspection, and operating robotic cells.Familiarity with automation systems and blueprint reading.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Work in a clean, well-organized, and climate-controlled production floor. The schedule consists of Monday to Thursday, 10-hour shifts starting at 5:00 AM, with a possible alternative schedule from Tuesday to Friday.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Du Bois, PA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
