Our client, a leading manufacturing organization in the industrial sector, is seeking an Operator to join their team. As an Operator, you will be part of the production support team, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining safety standards. The ideal candidate will have strong physical stamina, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Operator

Location: Houston, TX

Pay Range:

Shift: Day Shift - 6:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with some weekends possibly required

What's the Job?

Move raw materials from warehousing to blending operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency Operate forklifts to transport materials safely within the facility Assist in dosing raw materials into blending processes and record relevant data Package and palletize finished products for shipment Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, supporting safety and operational standards

What's Needed?

High school diploma or GED equivalent with strong math skills Ability to follow detailed instructions and work orders accurately Mechanical aptitude and physical ability to lift heavy bags (up to 50 lbs.) Experience with physical labor and exposure to outdoor elements Forklift certification or experience operating forklifts preferred
