**Job Title: Entry-Level Saw Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Saw Operator to join our production team. This is a hands-on role where you will receive full training in saw operation and related skills. If you are eager to learn, safety-conscious, and ready to grow in a manufacturing environment, this opportunity is for you. **Responsibilities** + Operate saw equipment under supervision to cut raw materials to specified dimensions. + Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times. + Assist with material handling, including loading and unloading stock. + Measure and inspect cuts to ensure accuracy and quality standards. + Maintain a clean work area and support general shop organization. + Learn and apply new skills through on-the-job training provided by experienced team members. **Essential Skills** + Ability to read and understand blueprints and instructions. + General production skills. + Basic knowledge of cutting metals for aerospace clients. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Entry-level position with no prior experience required. + Familiarity with CNC machine operations, including 6-axis and 7-axis programming, is a plus. **Why Work Here?** We offer partial employee-paid benefits, including BCBS health insurance.
