Whats in it for you?

19.50 to 21.50hr 8hr and 12hr shifts  Flexibility to work night, weekend and holiday shifts; 24/7 operation HS Diploma, Background and Drug Screen req (Temp to Perm position, weekly pay)What will you be doing? Communicate with daily planning of on-shift staffing responsibilities to ensure all production activities are completed, Monitor the status of all production areas as assigned Resolve first-level operational issues and escalate them, as necessary, to Management Ensure all production personnel are following safety policy requirements Handle training and continual skill improvement of new employees on the production floor Establish and foster a team-focused environment Safely operate fork trucks and monitor fork truck usage by other employees Utilize computer-based programs
