**Job Title: Machine Operator** Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to join our team. The role involves basic machine operation for a plastic bag converter, ensuring smooth machine functionality by tightening wheels, keeping the machine clean, and making necessary adjustments. Comprehensive training is provided to help you quickly adapt to the machinery. Responsibilities + Operate basic machinery for a plastic bag converter efficiently. + Tighten machine wheels and ensure all parts are securely fastened. + Maintain cleanliness of machines and work area. + Perform adjustments and troubleshoot minor machine issues as needed. + Handle warehouse inventory, packaging, packing, picking, and material handling tasks. Essential Skills + 6+ months of production or mechanical experience. + Mechanically inclined with the ability to operate basic machinery. + Proficiency in warehouse inventory and production tasks. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Ability to perform heavy lifting. + Comfortable standing at a machine for the entirety of the workday. + Motivated and eager to learn and grow within the company. Work Environment Work in a warehouse setting with shifts from 6 AM to 2:30 PM, offering some flexibility. The environment requires standing for most of the day, wearing closed-toed shoes, a plain T-shirt, and long pants or jeans.
