Job Title: Metal Fabrication Operator – Day Shift

Location: Clinton, Illinois

Pay: $17.50/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shift (6:00AM - 2:30PM)

We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Operator to join our metal fabrication team. If you enjoy working with your hands, take pride in precision, and thrive in a fast-paced shop environment, this could be the perfect fit.

💼 Responsibilities:

Operate fabrication equipment including press brakes, shears, saws, and grindersRead and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsMeasure, cut, and shape metal components to specPerform quality checks and ensure finished products meet standardsMaintain a clean and safe work areaAssist with general shop duties as needed

🎯 Qualifications:

Previous experience in metal fabrication or manufacturing preferredAbility to read tape measures and basic shop drawingsStrong attention to detail and safetyMust be punctual and dependableAble to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.75 - $18.75/hr.
