Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and versatile individuals to join our team as Operators. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in two key areas: machine operation and packaging. You will be responsible for operating machines to manufacture medical nails and screws, and packaging medical device products in a cleanroom environment. Candidates should be open to working in either area, though preferences can be accommodated.

ResponsibilitiesOperate machines for manufacturing medical nails and screws.Perform tasks such as bending, lifting, standing, and loading metal rods into machines.Operate packaging machines to apply labels and move products to quality control.Package medical device products in a cleanroom environment.Essential SkillsExperience in machine operation and packaging.Familiarity with production and assembly processes.Ability to work in a cleanroom environment.General production and packing skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsEntry-level position with training provided.Experience in ISO 8/9 Cleanroom (Sterile Packaging department) preferred.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Our work environment includes a large campus with an indoor cafeteria and outdoor picnic facilities. The shifts are structured as follows: 1st shift: 5:30am-2pm, 2nd shift: 1:30pm-10pm, and 3rd shift: 10pm-6am. We require employees to wear steel-toed boots, and provide them at no cost once you go direct. Shift differentials are offered at 10% for the 2nd shift and 15% for the 3rd shift.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Monument, Colorado.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.55/hr.
