Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Overhead Crane Operator to join our team. This role involves learning to operate cranes, receiving products from flatbeds, rigging, loading trucks, and identifying steel locations, colors, and loading techniques. The operator will also be responsible for maintaining inventory, tagging and locating products, and ensuring the facility is stocked with raw materials. Flexibility to perform various tasks, including clean-up throughout the shift, is essential.
ResponsibilitiesOperate overhead cranes and learn rigging and loading techniques.Receive products from flatbeds and load trucks.Identify steel locations and colors.Learn to operate forklifts to carry steel beams.Clean up and maintain facility inventory.Tag and locate products and manage inventory system.Unload flatbed trailers and transport materials within the facility or yard.Work both inside and outside in all weather conditions.Verify loads, weight, and materials using computers and manual pick tickets.Essential Skills1-2 years of manufacturing experience.Forklift operation and inventory management.Shipping and receiving expertise.Material handling and pallet jack operation.Overhead crane experience.Why Work Here?

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
