**Job Title: Cell Operator** **Job Description** As a Cell Operator, you will be stationed at your designated cell, tasked with guiding rubber products through the production cycle for the automotive industry. The process is consistent across all cells, involving several repetitive yet straightforward tasks. You will fill molding tools with metal rings, manage tools within machines for molding, cool products, conduct inspections for defects, and document production details. **Responsibilities** + Fill molding tools with metal rings one-by-one. + Flip and insert tools into machines for molding. + Cool molded products using an air brush. + Inspect products for defects such as air bubbles or rips. + Document production details including maintenance and troubleshooting. + Track scrap, production goals, machine temperature, and product quality. **Essential Skills** + Ability to stand for full shifts and lift 35 lbs repeatedly. + Strong attention to detail for inspecting small products. + Ability to work safely with provided PPE such as safety glasses and Kevlar sleeves. + Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for the role. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to read and understand English. + Minimum job stability with no more than two jobs in the last six months. + Comfort with not smoking during work hours. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a $1500 sign-on bonus, comprehensive benefits starting day one, and a climate-controlled work environment.
