Job Title: Operator 2, Manufacturing
Job Description

The role involves working in a laboratory setting, performing tasks that include formulating, filling, and labeling. This position requires completing routine work with a moderate degree of complexity, ensuring adherence to provided documentation.

ResponsibilitiesComplete production and quality analysis of reagents, components, and finished products according to SOPs and work instructions.Effectively communicate and collaborate with workgroups to achieve daily production goals.Operate in both standard and cleanroom environments, adhering to PPE requirements.Monitor and adjust production equipment to ensure smooth operations and high-quality results.Perform product formulating, filling, and labeling either independently or with other technicians.Comprehend and follow production paperwork, including product reconciliation and fill checks.Work safely with chemicals and hazardous materials, complying with safety regulations and procedures.Adhere to ISO guidelines and company SOPs.Clean and sanitize work areas, machines, and equipment as needed.Work overtime and flexible shifts as required.Perform other duties as assigned.Essential SkillsAssembly and packaging skills in a manufacturing setting.Ability to follow detailed manufacturing instructions.Experience with production, quality analysis, and equipment operation.Strong communication skills to interface with workgroups.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with ISO guidelines and GMP compliance.Ability to work in cleanroom environments.Capability to handle chemicals and hazardous materials safely.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The work environment involves operating processing and packaging equipment such as balances, labelers, and filtration systems. Employees will weigh, measure, and check raw materials with computer assistance, ensuring proper material quantities. The position requires adherence to safety regulations, GMPs, and SOPs while maintaining equipment and lab cleanliness. Flexible shifts and overtime work may be necessary.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of EUGENE, OR.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
