**Job Title: Bakery Operator** **Job Description** The Bakery Operator position is an entry-level training role focused on running various pieces of equipment in production and packaging. This position involves assisting with the operation of machinery associated with production and packaging, with training provided by a subject matter expert. The operator is expected to manage proper weights, settings, packaging, quality, speeds, labels, and ingredients, and alert management if any issues compromise product quality. The use of cell phones is restricted to designated areas outside the manufacturing zone. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sacramento, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $22.75/hr.
