**Job Description** Operators are responsible for managing their designated cell by taking rubber products for the automotive industry through the production cycle. The process involves repetitive yet straightforward steps, ensuring that each product is correctly molded and inspected for quality. **Responsibilities** + Prepare molding tools by filling slots with metal rings. + Flip the tool onto the machine for molding. + Cool the molded product using an airbrush. + Inspect finished products for defects such as air bubbles or rips. + Document shift activities, including maintenance performed and production progress. + Conduct quality checks using a binder that outlines exact defects to look for. **Essential Skills** + Ability to lift 35lbs 30 times per hour. + Capable of standing on feet for full shift outside of breaks. + Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety standards. + Proficient in reading and understanding English. + Effective communication skills. **Shift & Pay** + 1st shift Monday-Friday (6am - 2pm) // **$20** + 2nd shift Monday-Friday (2pm-10pm or 3pm-11pm) // **$23** + 3rd shift Sunday-Thursday (10pm-6am or 11pm-7am // **$23** + _Training will be on 1st shift for the first 2 weeks._ **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a climate-controlled work environment with benefits starting on day one as a full-time employee. While smoking is not permitted on the property, drinks with caps are allowed on the floor. Breaks are provided during shifts, with full pay for break times. The dress code allows for shorts and regular shoes, but no rings or jewelry, and long hair must be tied back. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of about 20 minutes South of Greenfield in Morristown, Indiana. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
