Job Title: Operator 2, ManufacturingJob Description

This role involves formulating, filling, and labeling products in a laboratory setting. The work is routine with occasional variations, requiring a moderate degree of complexity.

ResponsibilitiesComplete production and quality analysis of reagents, components, and finished products according to SOPs, work instructions, and the Production Schedule.Effectively communicate with workgroups to ensure daily production completion.Work in standard and cleanroom environments while adhering to room-specific PPE requirements.Operate and monitor production equipment, making necessary adjustments for smooth operations.Perform formulating, filling, and labeling of products individually or with other technicians.Comprehend production paperwork, including product reconciliation, label reconciliation, labor sheets, product fill checks, and torque checks.Follow manufacturing paperwork instructions without deviation.Work safely with chemicals and hazardous materials.Comply with company safety regulations, ISO guidelines, and all SOPs.Clean and sanitize work areas, machines, glassware, or equipment as needed.Work overtime and flexible shifts.Perform other duties as assigned.Essential SkillsAssembly, Packaging, and Manufacturing skills.Ability to operate processing and packaging equipment such as balances, labelers, band sealers, pumps, and filtration systems.Experience with weighing, measuring, and checking raw materials using computer interfaces.Ability to calibrate and operate semi-automated and automated manufacturing equipment.Proficiency in performing in-process sampling and testing.Ability to complete and maintain Quality Records in compliance with GMPs and SOPs.Judgment to determine appropriate actions within defined procedures and practices.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience working in both standard and cleanroom environments.Ability to work safely with chemicals and hazardous materials.Capability to follow detailed instructions and work independently or in a team.Flexibility to work overtime and different shifts.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits
