Job Description
Join our Electrodes Department as an Operator, where you will play a critical role in our production process. This position operates on a night shift from 6 pm to 6 am with a rotating schedule of two days on, two days off, followed by three days on. This results in a 36-hour work week one week and a 48-hour work week the next, with work required every other weekend.
Responsibilities
Prepare equipment and materials for production.Operate equipment according to the Operating Manual, including inputting materials and monitoring for defects and losses.Perform continuous self-inspection of products and check for quality.Maintain accurate records of production work in the Global Manufacturing Execution System (GMES).Track all non-conformities and scraps.Essential Skills
At least 6 months of manufacturing experience.Ability to maintain a job tenure of 9 months at each job.Must not have been unemployed for more than 30 days.Comfortable with wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) and working in the specified environment.Additional Skills & Qualifications

Work Environment
This position is located in a large facility requiring extensive walking between buildings. You will work in a cleanroom environment, which requires specific attire including garb and, if applicable, a beard net. The facility is meticulously clean, temperature-controlled, and brightly lit, with a strong emphasis on 5S3K principles. Be prepared to work in an environment that involves wearing a full mask respirator and handling chemicals, with wash stations available for cleanliness and safety.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.
