This permanent role offers the perfect blend of meaningful responsibility and long-term stability. You’ll support our leadership and wider FM team by coordinating documentation, reporting, expenses and day-to-day operational administration across a national portfolio. This role suits someone organised, proactive and looking to continue growing their skills within a supportive property environment. **The Opportunity** + Provide full administrative support to the State Lead and broader Charter Hall team + Coordinate reporting, documentation and portfolio data for Charter Hall assets + Support the FM Team with financial administration including invoicing, expense claims and purchase orders + Manage onboarding staff, training records, scheduling and team coordination across Queensland + Maintain essential supplies and support day-to-day operational readiness of multiple office locations + Build trusted relationships with internal teams, contractors and the client + Be the “Facilio Champion” for the team, support the team on a new system and be first point of contact for queries for users including the FM team and vendors **About You** + Strong proficiency across Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint + Administration or coordination experience within a fast-paced environment + Excellent communication and customer-service capability with all stakeholder levels + High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting and data entry + Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks + Proactive, dependable and confident working with minimal supervision **Why join us?** Joining CBRE means joining a team of talented professionals who lead the way in the property industry.
