Operations Supervisor - Logistics & Distribution 

We’re looking for a dynamic Operations Manager to lead daily logistics and warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance across all processes. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for continuous improvement, this role is for you.

What will you be doing?

Daily Operations: Oversee inbound/outbound shipments, warehousing, and distribution to ensure smooth and timely execution. Safety & 5S: Maintain a safe, organized, and clean workplace by implementing 5S and ergonomic best practices. Drive proactive safety initiatives to prevent hazards. Team Leadership: Develop and lead your team through coaching, performance management, and training programs while fostering accountability and collaboration. Compliance & Accuracy: Manage customs clearance, trade compliance, and international documentation. Ensure accurate records for shipping, receiving, and inventory. Partner with 3PL providers and carriers to meet performance and compliance standards. Continuous Improvement: Apply LEAN and Operational Excellence principles to enhance efficiency. Lead CAPEX projects to boost capacity and effectiveness. Reporting & KPIs: Monitor and improve key metrics such as On-Time Delivery, Inventory Accuracy, and Warehouse Productivity. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions. Participate in daily management routines and Gemba walks to drive results.
 

What do you bring?

Strong leadership with 7+ years in a people management capacity  Experience in logistics, warehousing, and distribution Knowledge of safety standards, trade compliance, and LEAN principles Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
