About the MTM Central Pharmacy Call Center:
Our team is the frontline for resolving pharmacy-related inquiries, supporting both patients and healthcare professionals. As a supervisor, you’ll empower your team to deliver best-in-class support and help shape the future of pharmacy operations.

What you'll do...

Supervise and coach the call center resolution team to meet performance and quality goals

Analyze operational and financial data to drive process improvements

Oversee customer issue resolution, ensuring timely and effective outcomes

Monitor compliance with pharmacy policies, safety, and regulatory standards

Support inventory, prescription administration, and project management initiatives

What You’ll Bring:

Proven leadership experience, preferably in a call center or healthcare setting

Strong financial and data analysis skills

Expertise in customer service management and problem resolution

Knowledge of pharmacy operations, safety, and compliance standards

Excellent communication and project management abilities

The hourly wage range for this position is $28.00-$42.00*

*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
