Wage: $55,000/year + $300 Monthly Vehicle Allowance

About the Role
We’re hiring an Operations Supervisor to oversee security operations across multiple client sites. If you’re a natural leader with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service, this role puts you right in the center of daily operations and team success.
What You’ll Do
Supervise security officers and Field Supervisors across multiple locationsConduct site inspections and ensure post orders are followedBuild strong client relationships through regular communication and service reviewsSupport new client start-ups and help shape site security plansCoach, train, and develop staff; assist with corrective actions when neededManage schedules, staffing, and labor costs to ensure smooth operationsReview reports, maintain payroll accuracy, and complete required documentationRespond to emergencies or incidents as neededEnsure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal requirements
What We’re Looking For
1+ year of security operations experience (or equivalent)High School Diploma or GED (Associate’s Degree preferred)Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skillsAbility to plan, organize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environmentReliable transportation and communicationMust be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S.Must pass background check and drug screening
Physical & Work Requirements
Ability to remain calm during emergencies or high-pressure situationsRegular driving requiredOccasional walking, bending, kneeling, or lifting up to 25 lbsAbility to handle confidential information professionallyOn-call availability for urgent situations
