**Job Title: Operations Supervisor** Job Description The Operations Supervisor will oversee maintenance operations at a large facility in Roanoke, Indiana, covering all areas not on the production line. This role involves setting and executing budgets, driving continuous and process improvement projects, implementing corporate programs, managing projects, and reporting operational efficiencies to the Director of Operations. A strong leader who excels in giving and receiving feedback and is focused on team development is needed. Responsibilities + Set and execute budgets for maintenance operations. + Lead continuous improvement and process improvement initiatives. + Implement corporate programs and oversee project management. + Report on operational efficiencies and provide updates to the Director of Operations. + Travel to Bedford, IN and Kentucky as needed, primarily focusing on responsibilities in Fort Wayne. Essential Skills + 3+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing setting. + Experience in setting and executing budgets. + Proven continuous improvement experience. + **Union experience, including contract negotiations and handling grievances** . + Process improvement expertise.
