Operation Supervisor

Location: Fremont, NE

Salary Range: $65,000 – $85,000 annually

A well-established manufacturing facility in Fremont, NE is seeking a dynamic and people-oriented Production Supervisor to lead a team of approximately 30 employees. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working closely with others to drive operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage daily production operations, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met.Supervise, coach, and develop a team of production staff.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production goals and resolve issues.Monitor workflow and adjust staffing or processes as needed.Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a manufacturing setting.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.Ability to adapt to changing production schedules and priorities.Comfortable with flexible start and end times based on production needs.Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
