We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Operations Specialist (Associate) to join our team.
Support Tech Leadership directly, assisting with both professional and administrative tasks
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings to ensure optimal use of time and resources
Handle timesheets and expense reports with accuracy and timeliness
Organize travel arrangements, accommodations and itineraries for business trips and team events
Archive, organize and maintain records and confidential documents, ensuring secure storage and easy retrieval
Prioritize tasks and proactively manage and eliminate the workload to meet deadlines and support team objectives in the most efficient way
Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening and prioritizing communications
Assist in the planning, execution, and follow-up of key initiatives
Overview and assist communication, reporting, and other correspondence with professionalism and attention to detail
Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and supporting documentation
Provide proactive administrative and operational support to enhance overall productivity, including assistance within the Salesforce platform. This includes handling a range of tasks such as monitoring opportunities and risk activities, while ensuring consistently high data quality—critical to our operational success—and supporting efforts to improve team efficiency
What you bring matters
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or other related field preferred
One (1) to Three (3) years of experience as an executive or personal assistant, preferably in a corporate setting
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks effectively
Strong verbal and written communication skills both in Greek and English
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
