Provide functional leadership in application of stores & spare part management.Act as one of the Central Stores MRP Controllers, with the objective of managing supply of spare parts while maintaining optimal inventory levels at Central Stores.Complete analysis and make recommendations to deliver optimal inventory across the Kimberly-Clark stores network.Serve as a subject‑matter expert partnering with manufacturing, engineering, and stores to optimize spare‑parts inventory, identify cost‑effective alternatives to obsolete components, and manage key supplier relationshipsTake a leadership role in the procurement, receiving and organization of components for efficient assembly of Kimberly-Clark manufactured equipmentSupport the Training and development of Stores personnel on stores practices and procedures.Participate in the development of others within the area of the incumbent's expertise, including the creation, delivery and maintenance of training materials (e.g. Stores University).Manage multiple objectives within the Central Stores organization, by taking ownership and drive to achieve intended results.Lead projects (or portions of projects) as assigned (e.g. Global Central Stores, Stores Summit, MRP Optimization).Carry out all job responsibilities in a safe manner. A Bachelor's or advanced degree in logistics, business, engineering etc. or demonstrated experience in a related field. 3+ years experience in a variety of operational assignments in a manufacturing, logistics, maintenance and/or staff environment.A demonstrated ability to perform in cross-functional teams to achieve objectives within required timeframes.Experience working with external technical service providers, parts/equipment suppliers.A demonstrated ability to lead small cross-functional projects to achieve intended results within required timeframes.Strong analytical capability with hands‑on experience in SAP systems, SharePoint, and advanced MS Excel and Access, preferred.About Us

Salary Range: 79,880 – 94,440 USD At Kimberly-Clark, pay is just one aspect of our total rewards package, which also includes a variety of benefits and opportunities to achieve, thrive and grow. Along with base pay, this position offers eligibility for a target bonus and a comprehensive benefits suite, including our 401(k) and Profit Sharing plan. The anticipated base pay range for this role is provided above for a fully qualified hire. Actual pay will depend on several factors, such as location, role, skills, performance, and experience.
