The role involves coordinating training and seminar logistics, delivering professional skills training, and facilitating a deep dive into our engineering values and culture. Responsibilities + Coordinate onboarding readiness for new Gas Power Engineering hires. + Provide end-to-end coordination for all Gas Power Engineering learning events. + Deliver standardized onboarding training sessions focused on professional excellence. + Facilitate structured onboarding sessions introducing the Five Pillars of Gas Power Engineering. + Educate new engineers on the importance of mentorship and internal networking. + Provide guidance and resources to help new team members become productive faster. Essential Skills + Proficiency in operations and logistics. + Ability to seamlessly execute training sessions and seminars. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Bachelor's degree in Engineering. + Experience with standardized onboarding training modules and materials. Work Environment The role requires a proactive approach to improving early-career engagement and performance, with a focus on measurable improvements in onboarding efficiency. You will work in a dynamic environment where reducing the burden on engineering leaders and instructors is key. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Greenville, SC. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $75000.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
